more novel

"I'm sorry to cut our conversation so short, Hadar, but I have to leave. School day tomorrow, eh?" Aria smiled awkwardly.
"No problem. I have to get home, too. See you around!" Hadar smiled enigmatically, and continued running the way he had been going before Aria almost crashed into him.
Aria turned, "Bye!" she shouted, before she sprinted away.
